I am looking to fill a few positions.  I would actually look at both new grads and guys with some experience. The positions would be working with our outside sales team assisting in the sales and marketing of our Investment Management products (Mutual Funds & SMAs) through the financial advisor and Institutional Channels. If they are already securities licensed, they are a step ahead, but I am assuming that most that come across will not be.
