Throwback Thursday – On March 16, 1895, 120 years ago this week, Gamma Zeta held their initiation banquet, 5 days before the installation of the chapter on March 21. The banquet was held at the old Carter house – standing – T. A. Clark (mustache) and William Sumner – Clockwise around table from lower left – Charles Noble, C.O. Pitney, Henry W. Grieme, Edward Flanagan, Parker Hale Hoag, John Raymond, Prof. Nathan Weston, Paul Newcomer, Alfred Helton, three installing officers (Brothers W. G. Atwood, Beta Theta, Elias P. Lyon, Beta Kappa, and E. A. Thornton, Alpha Theta), Max Branch, J. Colby Beekman.

Throwback Thursday – Don’t know the exact year… I’d guess late 40’s/early 50’s but it sure was a great haul for the Gamma Zeta intramural teams!
